01 · Overview

A premium UK-based luxury fashion brand offering curated collections of high-end apparel, accessories, and seasonal wardrobe essentials. Despite a strong brand identity and loyal customer base, the affiliate channel was fragmented — relying on a small number of low-performing partners with no strategic publisher mix or recruitment framework. In March 2025, they engaged our agency to professionalize the Awin program, diversify the publisher base, and drive scalable revenue heading into the spring/summer fashion season.

02 · The Problem

Conducted a full audit of the Awin publisher base and built a diversified recruitment strategy targeting four publisher tiers: premium content creators and fashion editorial blogs, CSS and comparison shopping partners (ShopForward CSS), loyalty and cashback platforms (Topcashback), and BNPL integrations (Klarna) to reduce checkout friction. Restructured commission tiers to reward content publishers at a premium rate while maintaining competitive cashback rates. Launched seasonal campaigns around spring collections, summer sale, and back-to-school gifting with co-branded editorial content, exclusive discount codes, and dedicated affiliate newsletters.

03 · The Solution

Outcome Over six months, the luxury fashion brand's affiliate program scaled to $103,873.96 in total revenue across 661 transactions and 61,863 clicks — driven by a strategically diversified base of 167 active publishers. The publisher mix spanned content, search, display, and email channels, with Topcashback Ltd emerging as the top revenue driver, followed by Proxima-Centauri and ShopForward CSS. At a commission spend of just £6,609.22 against £103,873.96 in revenue, the program achieved an exceptional ROAS of 15.7x — making it one of the most cost-efficient acquisition channels in the brand's marketing mix. With an average order value of £157.14 and a growing content publisher base driving high-intent editorial traffic, the program is positioned to exceed £180K in affiliate revenue by Q1 2026.
