01 · Overview
A premium Dutch furniture and interior design brand offering curated collections of contemporary and Scandinavian-inspired home furnishings for the Netherlands market. Despite strong product quality and a growing direct customer base, the brand had no structured affiliate presence on Daisycon — the leading Dutch affiliate network. With high average order values and a visually rich product range perfectly suited to home décor content creators and interior design bloggers, the affiliate channel represented a significant untapped revenue opportunity. Our agency was engaged to build and scale the program from the ground up targeting Dutch-language interior, lifestyle, and home improvement publishers.
02 · The Problem
The brand had zero affiliate infrastructure on Daisycon and no existing publisher relationships in the Dutch market. Paid media CPCs were rising in the competitive Netherlands furniture segment, eroding margins on already premium SKUs. There was no outreach strategy targeting Dutch interior design bloggers, home styling YouTubers, or lifestyle influencers — the natural content fit for a high-AOV furniture brand. With no commission structure, no creative assets, and no affiliate-facing landing pages optimized for the NL market, there was no foundation to attract quality Daisycon publishers.
03 · The Solution
Launched and structured the Daisycon program with full attribution tracking optimized for the Netherlands market. Built a tiered commission structure at 6%, 9%, and 12% based on monthly volume thresholds. Recruited 18 Dutch-language interior design bloggers, home styling creators, and lifestyle publishers within the first 30 days using targeted outreach via Apollo and LinkedIn. Deployed seasonal campaigns around Dutch gifting occasions — King's Day, spring home refresh, and summer interior trends — with affiliate-specific discount codes, co-branded lookbooks, and dedicated Daisycon publisher support via a Slack channel.
04 · The Outcome
Over three months, the furniture brand's Daisycon affiliate program built consistent and accelerating revenue momentum across the Netherlands market. Peak approved transaction value reached €1,886.81 in a single day — demonstrating that Dutch consumers responding to affiliate-driven content were converting at high ticket values with an average order value of €416.82. Raw clicks reached 1,560 with 841 unique visitors converting at 5.23% — significantly above the Dutch furniture e-commerce affiliate benchmark. With 18 active publishers now generating consistent high-intent interior design traffic and open transactions fully cleared, the program is on track to exceed €35K in quarterly affiliate revenue as the autumn home refresh season drives renewed consumer demand across the Netherlands.
